The Arcade Explorer - Post-Jam Build 1.1
Hi! Here's a little update for The Arcade Explorer!
I've been working mostly on my main project A Lost Egg and also had a lot of work recently so there's not a lot of addition to the game for now, sorry.
I fixed a few bugs and added some stuff, the most important being explanations for coins and capacities.
Here's a list of the stuff I changed/fixed/added:
- correction of the camera system
- correction of the moving platforms
- addition of an acceleration time for the player
- a little tweak to the walljump
- update of the ghost effect when dashing
- addition of decoration elements (chains, torches, pillars)
- addition of explanation panels for coins and capacities
- some adjustements to the level design
I plan on polishing the menu, updating some of the SFX, adding music, etc. but this will take some time. I would have liked to add this stuff but I'd rather spend time on other projects that interest me more (although I may come back to this one later).
